Water Purifier
REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a process that eliminates dissolved inorganic solids, such as salts, from a solution like water. Using household water pressure, the solution is pushed through a semi-permeable membrane. This membrane, as thin as cellophane, allows only water to pass through, leaving impurities and contaminants behind. RO achieves purification of 90% to 95% by effectively removing particles larger than 0.001 microns. It is also referred to as hyper-filtration, a space technology developed by the USA.
Elements and the Percent RO Membranes remove Sodium (85-94), Sulfate (96-98), Calcium (94-98), Potassium (85-95), Nitrate (60-75), Iron (94-98), Zinc (95-98), Mercury (95-98), Selenium (94-96), Phosphate (96-98), Lead (95-98), Arsenic (92-96), Magnesium (94-98), Nickel (96-98), Fluoride (85-92), Manganese (94-98), Cadmium (95-98), Barium (95-98), Cyanide (84-92), Chloride (85-92). The percentage may vary based on membrane type, water pressure, temperature, and TDS.
REVERSE OSMOSIS PROCESS
First Stage:
5-micron PP spun sediment cartridge. The cartridge is based on FDA. standard 5-micron filter. Can reduce sediment, rust, sand, and other solid, granular material.
Second Stage:
Granulated Activated Carbon Cartridge. The high-absorbing GAC cartridge can reduce bleach. insecticides, chloride odor, and other toxic chemicals.
Third Stage:
10-micron PP cartridge or CBC (Carbon Block Cartridge) further removes finer solid impurities and chemicals in the water to prevent the membrane from blocking.
Fourth Stage:
Reverse Osmosis Membrane A 0.0001-micron super micro hold membrane to filter out microbes such as viruses, bacteria & toxic metals like Arsenic, Cobalt, Cadmium, Mercury, etc to make purified drinking water.
Fifth Stage:
GAC Cartridge (Granulated activated carbon cartridge) is based on NSF standards to absorb odor, taste, and color from the storage tank.
Sixth Stage:
Now water passes through a UV Chamber where it is subject to ultraviolet treatment which has been documented by WHO as a proven method of elimination of waterborne disease-causing bacteria and viruses Speciacally Quartz glass provides UV LANCE protection.
Seventh Stage:
ANTI SCALANT system which is available in our RO Water Purifier only increases the life of the Membrane so it is economical too.
